If an attraction is closed due to holidays or other reasons, the tour guide will make appropriate adjustments to the itinerary.

Attraction tickets must be purchased from the tour guide. Personal tickets or City Passes are not accepted.

In the event of force majeure (such as weather, war, strikes, etc.) that prevents a visit, the company reserves the right to modify the itinerary. No refund will be provided.

If a traveler voluntarily chooses to skip any part of the itinerary due to personal reasons, no refund will be issued for unused hotel, transportation, or other services.

Meals, attraction admission fees, and service fees for the driver and guide (US$10 per person per day) are not included.
